Today, my packing has descended into reading my old notebooks and printed out fic I wrote. Some of it is HORRIFYING.

However, I did find a pretty sweet vampire novel, at least part of it plus an outline and character profiles, that is just bad and teenified enough (it was written when I was 17-18) that it just might sell in today's climate - or am I two years too late? Are vampires over already? Anyway, this might be a good project when I am unemployed. A sample line: "Immortality did not save you from flat tires". I am a genius, obv.

Other amusing things I found in my writing books:

A Sentinel slash story based on Mrs. Dalloway - WHAT. I managed to get 30 pages out of this concept. Now in recycling bin.

Part of a long ancient greek story I was writing where the characters are so obviously based on a certain boyband and it's all man-boy love set in Perikles' Athens.

Pages and pages and PAGES of ridic poetry. I wish I could still un-self-consciously write like that!
